We all know that no home is perfect, and there will be defects and imperfections in even new built homes.  We also recognize that our task is simply to inform and educate the buyer on the condition of the home at the time of inspection and not to alert them with minor issues.  We will provide an unbiased and data driven report and most importantly we will communicate our findings throughout the inspection and in a clear and concise report summary.  We aim to offer the buyer friendly advice and tips on home maintenance so together we can ensure that their future home continues to be in good working condition without defects after the inspection and they’ve moved into their new home.
